In the 4th minute, Marco Brackheimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven-Philipp Bork made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franz Harder in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torbjörn Claaßen in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven-Philipp Bork prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Torbjörn Claaßen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Torbjörn Claaßen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Philipp Bork was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the match, Donnerschwee's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Mrugalla came free, but Marco Jacksch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donnerschwee's Reinhold Zukrigl got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sven-Philipp Bork came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Donnerschwee's Reinhold Zukrigl. But to his dismay, Reinhold Zukrigl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Marco Jacksch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Bürger in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute Torbjörn Claaßen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Philipp Bork saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eric Mrugalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinhold Zukrigl got free with Sven-Philipp Bork in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute Torbjörn Claaßen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Philipp Bork saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 played minutes Donnerschwee got a freekick which was hit by Robert Kluge. After recieving a nice pass, Krapphof FC's Timo-Fabian Knorr tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Krapphof FC's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Claaßen came free, but Sven-Philipp Bork reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute of the match, Christopher Bürger tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Jacksch saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marco Jacksch made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Eric Mrugalla sent off a good shot on target. Kai-Uwe Kürten charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kai-Uwe Kürten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Krapphof FC got a freekick which was hit by Kai-Uwe Kürten. In the 64th minute Reinhold Zukrigl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Philipp Bork saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Donnerschwee's Marco Jacksch got control of the ball when Eric Mrugalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Claaßen in the 73rd minute of play forced Krapphof FC's goalkeeper Sven-Philipp Bork to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 minutes of play Krapphof FC's Christopher Bürger was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 74th match minute, Krapphof FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Bürger to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Marco Brackheimer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 2-0 became the score in the 85th minute when Franz Harder elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Krapphof FC's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Claaßen came free, but Sven-Philipp Bork reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donnerschwee were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Krapphof FC for a fine match.
