Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bruno Greth started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 4 minutes, Eric Mrugalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Krapphof FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eric Mrugalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lothar Piper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Till Jandura in the 5th minute of play. Sven-Philipp Bork took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Sager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Krapphof FC defense, Bruno Greth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Philipp Bork. The Krapphof FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Philipp Bork should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Greth in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Philipp Bork saved Krapphof FC from getting behind. Bruno Greth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Sven-Philipp Bork tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Krapphof FC's Lothar Piper threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Till Jandura, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Simon Siegl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Philipp Bork read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Sascha Sohlmann hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Till Jandura to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Bruno Greth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stemmermühlen FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Greth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sven-Philipp Bork didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Sager went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Lothar Piper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Till Jandura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Till Jandura in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lothar Piper prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Krapphof FC's Timo-Fabian Knorr got a free kick in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Stemmermühlen FSV's Simon Siegl got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Eric Mrugalla sped through Stemmermühlen FSV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lothar Piper. Thomas Sager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Philipp Bork having to interfere. After 88 minutes, Jörg Jarkovsky mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Krapphof FC and the Stemmermühlen FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes Krapphof FC got a freekick which was hit by Jörg Jarkovsky. Christopher Bürger hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Eric Mrugalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Krapphof FC's Eric Mrugalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lothar Piper narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 97 minutes into the match, Stemmermühlen FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Till Jandura came free, but Lothar Piper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
