Paolo Odemer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Werfel having to interfere. Rolf Höhle kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 10 minutes of play Pferdingsleben's Rolf Höhle was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Pferdingsleben's Rolf Höhle got a free kick in the 11th minute. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Naohiro Bäumler sped through Pferdingsleben's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven Werfel. The supporters of Pferdingsleben booed when Dalldorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Bartholome didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Michael Blassen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pferdingsleben's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Blassen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Naohiro Bäumler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naohiro Bäumler in the 31st minute of play forced Pferdingsleben's goalkeeper Sven Werfel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Paolo Odemer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Blassen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Hofstetter having to interfere. Sven Werfel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naohiro Bäumler in the 46th minute of play. When Michael Blassen came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Pferdingsleben fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Blassen couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paolo Odemer to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Pferdingsleben got a freekick which was hit by Elias Ahrens. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Odemer in the 71st minute of play forced Pferdingsleben's goalkeeper Sven Werfel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven Werfel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Odemer in the 73rd minute of the match. After 78 minutes, Julien Bartel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pferdingsleben and the Dalldorf players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience held their breath when Tristan Hans in the 80th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Sven Werfel's left hand side. Naohiro Bäumler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Werfel having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Michael Blassen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paolo Odemer struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Sven Werfel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalldorf. Naohiro Bäumler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Werfel having to interfere. When Olli Öllerich-Dawe fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pferdingsleben's protests and gave Olli Öllerich-Dawe a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pferdingsleben getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Olli Öllerich-Dawe hit a great ball.
