Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jonas Kozub started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Polonia Neu-Ulm booed when Droßkau FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Kanters didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 5 minutes, Stefano Henrich managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polonia Neu-Ulm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefano Henrich was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ryan Germann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Lucas Rocks could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Toni Schüring however easily saved by the left post. Toni Schüring made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefano Henrich in the 19th minute. Polonia Neu-Ulm's Stefano Henrich got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Droßkau FSV's zone, Lucas Rocks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toni Schüring came out of the goal and Lucas Rocks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryan Germann in the 25th minute of play forced Droßkau FSV's goalkeeper Toni Schüring to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ryan Germann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Toni Schüring tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Philipp Geiß hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Addo Hipp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Schüring having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Stefano Henrich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polonia Neu-Ulm's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefano Henrich was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toni Schüring breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The audience was convinced that Ryan Germann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toni Schüring was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 54th minute Polonia Neu-Ulm were awarded a corner. Benjamin Huff went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Benjamin Huff got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Toni Schüring quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 55th minute, Jonas Kozub ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stephan Dabrock was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Addo Hipp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Schüring having to interfere. Stefano Henrich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Droßkau FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Ryan Germann came free, but Toni Schüring reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Polonia Neu-Ulm's Stefano Henrich nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toni Schüring made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 66th minute, Stefano Henrich made a precise shot to the right of Toni Schüring. Droßkau FSV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Droßkau FSV's zone, Ryan Germann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toni Schüring came out of the goal and Ryan Germann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ryan Germann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Droßkau FSV's Toni Schüring played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryan Germann in the 75th minute of play. Toni Schüring showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryan Germann, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. When Stefano Henrich came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Polonia Neu-Ulm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefano Henrich couldn't finish the play. Lucas Rocks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Schüring having to interfere. Addo Hipp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Polonia Neu-Ulm were the better team. Polonia Neu-Ulm's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
