Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Per Mahlberg made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Ottrau's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Heyckendorf came free, but Morgan Hensel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enno Langer struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Sören Schrappe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ottrau. In the 11th minute, one of Göttin:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Göttin. Morgan Hensel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Mahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ottrau's Morgan Hensel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Heyckendorf in the 17th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Göttin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Ottrau a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ernst Holthuis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Göttin's Sören Schrappe. 3-0. Niels von Gyldenfeldt struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Morgan Hensel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Göttin. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl Heyckendorf in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Morgan Hensel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per Mahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sören Schrappe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernst Holthuis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ottrau's Morgan Hensel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Heyckendorf in the 36th minute of play. Sören Schrappe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Holthuis in the 38th minute of the match. Enno Langer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Göttin's zone, Enno Langer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sören Schrappe came out of the goal and Enno Langer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd match minute, Göttin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolf Wiesi to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute Fulko Pressel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Schrappe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernst Holthuis to make the kick off. Sören Schrappe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Holthuis in the 55th minute of play. Morgan Hensel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Mahlberg's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 74th minute, Per Mahlberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Karl Heyckendorf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Göttin's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl Heyckendorf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Morgan Hensel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Ottrau's Elmo Schichholz got a free kick in the 77th minute. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Göttin's Per Mahlberg in the 82nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Morgan Hensel was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Ottrau through an amazing save. Göttin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Philipp Schallenberg in the 84th minute. The corner led Göttin's Philipp Schallenberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Morgan Hensel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ottrau's Morgan Hensel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Mahlberg in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enno Langer in the 94th minute of play forced Göttin's goalkeeper Sören Schrappe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göttin's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
