Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Ephraim Stober shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David-Pascal Weichelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 minutes, Matthias Siebert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mellenbach FC and the Heinum FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Mellenbach FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Siebert to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Mellenbach FC's Ralf Degdau got a free kick in the 7th minute. Ephraim Stober recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claus Reiners struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Felix Sondermann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mellenbach FC. Ephraim Stober received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. David-Pascal Weichelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Mellenbach FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ralf Degdau hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Ephraim Stober in the 27th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ephraim Stober fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David-Pascal Weichelt having to interfere. Claus Reiners fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Sondermann having to interfere. Felix Sondermann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claus Reiners, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Egil Sawatzki kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claus Reiners in the 40th minute of play forced Heinum FSV's goalkeeper Felix Sondermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mellenbach FC's Claus Reiners got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ralf Droste struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. David-Pascal Weichelt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heinum FSV. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claus Reiners stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patric Münstermann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Sondermann having to interfere. Claus Reiners struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Felix Sondermann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mellenbach FC. Heinum FSV's Felix Sondermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claus Reiners in the 59th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Ephraim Stober managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heinum FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Ephraim Stober was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David-Pascal Weichelt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Claus Reiners left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mellenbach FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Mellenbach FC's Patric Münstermann got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claus Reiners sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ephraim Stober didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-2 via right post in the game's 85th minute. Heinum FSV's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 88th match minute, Heinum FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Gürtler to maneuver through the defense. Mellenbach FC were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Heinum FSV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matthias Siebert took the corner. The corner ended in Matthias Siebert almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Heinum FSV's Felix Sondermann did a great save. Claus Reiners recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Heinum FSV walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
