Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Walther Richters took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Jacob Otte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Heinrich Furchner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Balduin Schapper hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. FC Peging's Morten Trittin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walther Richters in the 8th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, FC Peging was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Otte to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Gräfenroda's Josef Heckrath got a free kick in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ekkehard Störmer in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bartolomeo Bank saved Gräfenroda from getting behind. Götz Kunstmann hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. FC Peging's Morten Trittin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walther Richters in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Peging's Jacob Otte got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute, Walther Richters got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Peging! Gräfenroda's Viggo Smit suffered a sore knee after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Ekkehard Störmer's late challenge caught a Gräfenroda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ekkehard Störmer helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gräfenroda booed when FC Peging was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ekkehard Störmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horst Dingels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morten Trittin having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Gräfenroda's Horst Dingels sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Morten Trittin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gräfenroda's Bartolomeo Bank played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekkehard Störmer in the 40th minute of play. Ekkehard Störmer struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Bartolomeo Bank didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Peging. Jacob Otte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Bartolomeo Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Peging's goalkeeper Morten Trittin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The FC Peging players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gräfenroda were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ekkehard Störmer was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ekkehard Störmer in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolomeo Bank prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Ekkehard Störmer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartolomeo Bank was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Jacob Otte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Bartolomeo Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Ekkehard Störmer put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bartolomeo Bank. Henry Högl struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Bartolomeo Bank didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Peging. In the 71st minute, Costa Merczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Gräfenroda's zone, Götz Kunstmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartolomeo Bank came out of the goal and Götz Kunstmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ekkehard Störmer got his second yellow card in the match during the 75th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 76th minute, Ekkehard Störmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the match, Gräfenroda's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Otte came free, but Bartolomeo Bank reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Morten Trittin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horst Dingels in the 80th minute. When Balduin Schapper came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Gräfenroda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balduin Schapper couldn't finish the play. If Heinrich Furchner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jacob Otte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Gräfenroda's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Xabier came free, but Bartolomeo Bank reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hristo Andres made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Balduin Schapper. After some careless play in the Gräfenroda defense, Jacob Otte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bartolomeo Bank. The Gräfenroda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartolomeo Bank should have stopped the shot. FC Peging's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
