Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Max Faber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldur Haug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Max Faber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Baldur Haug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Max Faber, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 10 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Baldur Haug was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Florian Mies received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Florian Henzler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 minutes, Mayk Wuttke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Illerich FC and the Brüggemann players grew even worse after the yellow card. Akim Renger, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 21st minute, Hans Rietschel made a precise shot to the right of Baldur Haug. Illerich FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Max Faber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldur Haug having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Florian Henzler successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 38 minutes, Florian Mies managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Illerich FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Mies was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florian Henzler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Mies in the 41st minute of play. Baldur Haug made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Rietschel in the 42nd minute of play. Florian Mies received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Florian Henzler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Brüggemann were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Hans Rietschel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Baldur Haug skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mayk Wuttke hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Hans Rietschel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldur Haug having to interfere. Albert Zientarski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Florian Henzler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Florian Mies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans Rietschel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldur Haug read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Max Faber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Baldur Haug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brüggemann's Hans Rietschel got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florian Mies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hans Rietschel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Zientarski struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Florian Henzler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Illerich FC. Florian Henzler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Mies in the 91st minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Illerich FC's goal looked a bit too open when Max Faber came free, but Baldur Haug reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brüggemann played a much better game than Illerich FC and deserved their victory. The Illerich FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
