But to his dismay, Bosse Grajewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. If Efraim Behloch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute Bosse Grajewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Schnarrenberger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Nicolai Müller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anton Schnarrenberger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Anton Schnarrenberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bosse Grajewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wayyss FSV's goalkeeper Domenico Überschär, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gunter Steinfurth to strike the kick off in the second half. Karsten Karge hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Bosse Grajewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anton Schnarrenberger was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Domenico Überschär showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunter Steinfurth, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Clemens Fenstermacher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Manchester of United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Wayyss FSV were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
