Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mark Nievelstein made the kick off which started today's match. Oliver Heiermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Heiermann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Musta having to interfere. FC Bwood's Robert Musta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Heiermann in the 7th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 9 minutes into the game, when Jack Bordin put in a rough tackle. After some careless play in the Oberheukelbach defense, Mark Nievelstein kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walther Ketzer. The Oberheukelbach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walther Ketzer should have stopped the shot. In the 13th match minute, Oberheukelbach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Don Braunheim to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, FC Bwood's Sascha Andre Mühleck tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 16 played minutes Oberheukelbach got a freekick which was hit by Alex Schäfer. Alfons Finke made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Bwood's Sid Greth. 20 minutes into the game, Oliver Heiermann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oberheukelbach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bwood the free kick. When Alex Schäfer came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Oberheukelbach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Schäfer couldn't finish the play. Robert Musta was a little too slow when Oliver Heiermann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-1. Walther Ketzer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregor Gorny in the 31st minute of the match. The throw-in from Alfons Finke in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Bwood's Sid Greth. Don Braunheim hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oliver Heiermann to strike the kick off in the second half. Walther Ketzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helko Süss, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 51 minutes, Gregor Gorny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Bwood and the Oberheukelbach players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mark Nievelstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walther Ketzer having to interfere. A collision led to Oberheukelbach getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Rudolf Haider hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Oberheukelbach's zone, Gregor Gorny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walther Ketzer came out of the goal and Gregor Gorny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Oliver Heiermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gregor Gorny hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Rudolf Haider's late challenge caught a FC Bwood's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudolf Haider helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Oberheukelbach getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Rudolf Haider hit a great ball. Alex Schäfer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Robert Musta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walther Ketzer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mark Nievelstein in the 79th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Walther Ketzer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 86 played minutes FC Bwood got a freekick which was hit by Gregor Gorny. Oberheukelbach succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FC Bwood had controlled the match.
