Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Huxel FSV's Rodolfo Demitter started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Wilfried Roth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Boris Polenk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guntram Steinberg. Huxel FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boris Polenk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 12 played minutes Großaga FC got a freekick which was hit by Fox Schilling. In the 18th minute Rodolfo Demitter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredi Feinbier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Huxel FSV's Edzard Pajewski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fredi Feinbier. Fredi Feinbier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The audience was convinced that Boris Polenk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guntram Steinberg was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Boris Polenk scored 1-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guntram Steinberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Huxel FSV's Karsten Peitsch got a free kick in the 30th minute. Großaga FC's Boris Polenk got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. George Petrick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fredi Feinbier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guntram Steinberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Rebmann in the 47th minute of the match. Edzard Pajewski's late challenge caught a Großaga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edzard Pajewski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th minute, Edzard Pajewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Boris Polenk made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Großaga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Demitter came free, but Fredi Feinbier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Großaga FC's Fredi Feinbier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alban Kanzleiter in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th match minute, Huxel FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edzard Pajewski to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Huxel FSV's zone, Boris Polenk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guntram Steinberg came out of the goal and Boris Polenk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Großaga FC's Fredi Feinbier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edzard Pajewski in the 60th minute of play. A hard shot 61 in the game by Boris Rebmann from a close distance when the talented Guntram Steinberg managed to make a qualified save. Huxel FSV's players were relieved. Großaga FC's Fredi Feinbier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Petrick in the 63rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tim Walcher got free with Guntram Steinberg in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Großaga FC's Fredi Feinbier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alban Kanzleiter in the 69th minute of play.
