The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nils Schimpf during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Pieter Schubert sped through Besitz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hark Holthuis. Hark Holthuis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caspar Zander, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th match minute, Besitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Näsib Baxşaliyev to maneuver through the defense. Calvin Wojewski's late challenge caught a FC Hinterfindmichnicht's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calvin Wojewski helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Besitz getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Calvin Wojewski hit a great ball. Hark Holthuis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pieter Schubert in the 24th minute of the match. Hark Holthuis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pieter Schubert went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Näsib Baxşaliyev kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Bobby Geladaris charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bobby Geladaris the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 42 minutes, Rainer Nießen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Besitz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rainer Nießen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Caspar Zander made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caspar Zander in the 53rd minute of play forced Besitz's goalkeeper Hark Holthuis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rainer Nießen in the 56th minute of play forced FC Hinterfindmichnicht's goalkeeper Guido Schamberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Besitz's Rainer Nießen in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Hinterfindmichnicht's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Besitz getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Erlend Matzkowski hit a great ball. Calvin Wojewski was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of FC Hinterfindmichnicht booed when Besitz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calvin Wojewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Besitz getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Rainer Nießen hit a great ball. With his leg Hark Holthuis managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when FC Hinterfindmichnicht's Pieter Schubert fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 69th minute, Sabri Ballet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Besitz's Hark Holthuis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Besitz from getting a goal against them. Hark Holthuis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pieter Schubert in the 75th minute. After 76 minutes Besitz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wojtek Breda who took care of the corner kick. Rainer Nießen tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Hark Holthuis. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-3 in the 76th minute. Guido Schamberg came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Besitz's Castulo Puig. But to his dismay, Castulo Puig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Guido Schamberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Näsib Baxşaliyev in the 89th minute of the match. Hark Holthuis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pieter Schubert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The FC Hinterfindmichnicht players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
