Besitz's Hark Holthuis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hark Holthuis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anthony Costa's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. When Rupert Bullacher fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hangover 96's protests and gave Rupert Bullacher a yellow card for diving instead. Rupert Bullacher hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Hangover 96's goal looked a bit too open when Rainer Nießen came free, but David Wortmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Besitz's Frederick Kiefer got a free kick in the 28th minute. A collision led to Besitz getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rainer Nießen hit a great ball. David Wortmann came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Besitz's Rainer Nießen. But to his dismay, Rainer Nießen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. David Wortmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainer Nießen in the 45th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anthony Costa was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Calvin Wojewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Besitz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hangover 96 the free kick. After a rather tough play, Besitz's Calvin Wojewski got a free kick in the 55th minute. Hangover 96's Horst Döhler got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rainer Nießen scored 1-2 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Wortmann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hark Holthuis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 陈迅源 in the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Costa in the 64th minute of play forced Besitz's goalkeeper Hark Holthuis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Näsib Baxşaliyev recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of David Wortmann. Näsib Baxşaliyev showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. A collision led to Besitz getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Calvin Wojewski hit a great ball. Hangover 96 made a substitution. Bodo Michalak replaced Rupert Bullacher. In the 72nd minute, Calvin Wojewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Besitz's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Costa came free, but Hark Holthuis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Wortmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rainer Nießen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Márton Szilágyi during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hangover 96 made a substitution. Wladimir Klöser replaced Alvar Goldenbogen. Hangover 96's Claudio Schefer was substituted for Horst Döhler. In the 97th match minute, Besitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márton Szilágyi to maneuver through the defense. The Besitz players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
