Thomas Kirchberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franz Kilz, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Augustin Schneider didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christoph Orthaus went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. FC Statham 96's Augustin Schneider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoph Orthaus in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, FC Statham 96 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Irtel to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Murat Hoffmeier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thomas Kirchberger. FC Ameisenigel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murat Hoffmeier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 15 minutes into the game, FC Statham 96's Murat Hoffmeier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Kirchberger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Augustin Schneider made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Florian Pache sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoph Orthaus in the 20th minute of play forced FC Statham 96's goalkeeper Augustin Schneider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match, Matthias Wildemann tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Augustin Schneider saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Anton Otto hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Florian Pache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, FC Statham 96's goal looked a bit too open when Christoph Orthaus came free, but Augustin Schneider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kornelius Schmorell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Augustin Schneider tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37thth minute of the game Florian Pache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Statham 96's Augustin Schneider was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Franz Kilz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Statham 96's supporters rose to their feet, but Franz Kilz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Kirchberger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th match minute, FC Ameisenigel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walt Günther to maneuver through the defense. Florian Pache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Augustin Schneider made a huge save. Walt Günther hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Noel Irtel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kornelius Schmorell to make the kick off. FC Statham 96's Murat Hoffmeier came free and shot a quick shot against goal 52 minutes in the game, fortunately Thomas Kirchberger had problems saving as it came toward the left post. With an all-out effort, FC Statham 96's Thomas Kirchberger threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Franz Kilz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC Ameisenigel's Thomas Kirchberger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franz Kilz in the 56th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Statham 96's Thomas Kirchberger threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Franz Kilz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kornelius Schmorell might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Augustin Schneider. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kornelius Schmorell ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to FC Statham 96 getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Noel Irtel hit a great ball. In the 62nd match minute, FC Ameisenigel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Otto to maneuver through the defense. Augustin Schneider came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ameisenigel's Kornelius Schmorell. But to his dismay, Kornelius Schmorell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoph Orthaus in the 68th minute of play forced FC Statham 96's goalkeeper Augustin Schneider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Murat Hoffmeier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Thomas Kirchberger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 73 played minutes FC Ameisenigel got a freekick which was hit by Walt Günther. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walt Günther during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, FC Ameisenigel's Thomas Kirchberger got control of the ball when Murat Hoffmeier tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 played minutes FC Statham 96 got a freekick which was hit by Noel Irtel. After 83 played minutes FC Statham 96 got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Patzelt. 86 minutes into the game, FC Ameisenigel's Florian Pache nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
