Oalo Kara was slow to take the kick. During this time PoznanGalaxy's players had a chance to rest. In the 16th minute PoznanGalaxy were awarded a corner. Oalo Kara went to the cornerflag to take it. Henning Heringer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Senin in the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AC Rostock's Sebastian Cengiz got a free kick in the 20th minute. A hard shot 22 in the game by 巩翔傲 from a close distance when the talented Per Klesper managed to make a qualified save. AC Rostock's players were relieved. After having played for 24 minutes, Obbo Tippelt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PoznanGalaxy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Obbo Tippelt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, PoznanGalaxy's goal looked a bit too open when Taisto Leppänen came free, but Henning Heringer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Markus Dobinski hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Taisto Leppänen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oalo Kara struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Per Klesper didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PoznanGalaxy. In the 58th minute, AC Rostock's Taisto Leppänen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henning Heringer. Henning Heringer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. AC Rostock made a substitution. Peer Jöckel replaced Marc Thalberg. 63 minutes into the game, one of AC Rostock:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. PoznanGalaxy's 巩翔傲 got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 巩翔傲 in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per Klesper prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute 巩翔傲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per Klesper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter Grommers during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 played minutes PoznanGalaxy got a freekick which was hit by Peter Grommers. The AC Rostock players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented PoznanGalaxy from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
