The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kevin Mahdal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Trutnov's Kevin Mahdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miloslav Straka in the 56th minute of play. Jiří Mrózek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vladimír Kárník read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Adolf Zbořil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimír Kárník didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jiří Mrózek went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Trutnov's zone, Adolf Zbořil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kevin Mahdal came out of the goal and Adolf Zbořil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kevin Mahdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miloslav Straka in the 68th minute of the match. Miloslav Straka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Mahdal having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Henrich Nevřela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trutnov's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Radoskov the free kick. Václav Lejsek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, Trutnov's Rafael Kosař got a free kick in the 96th minute.
