When Zdislav Huml came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the FC Branka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zdislav Huml couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Pravoslav Srb managed to get in a good position for a shot. SK Hrncire's supporters rose to their feet, but Pravoslav Srb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Schneider breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th match minute, SK Hrncire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Filip to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes in the game, Miroslav Bečica dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Miroslav Bečica's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josef Kopačka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Josef Kopačka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdislav Huml, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Josef Kopačka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zdeněk Houser in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Miroslav Bečica got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of FC Branka booed when SK Hrncire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milan Pařík didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th match minute, SK Hrncire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslav Nikl to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Zdislav Huml managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Branka's supporters rose to their feet, but Zdislav Huml was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josef Kopačka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Zdislav Huml made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Zdislav Huml managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Branka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zdislav Huml was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Josef Kopačka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdislav Huml, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Miroslav Bečica came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the FC Branka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miroslav Bečica couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, Pravoslav Srb had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Schneider. FC Branka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pravoslav Srb was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Zdislav Huml received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Josef Kopačka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milan Pařík might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Schneider. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milan Pařík ran back to his position shaking his head. 82 minutes into the match, SK Hrncire's goal looked a bit too open when Max Náprstek came free, but Josef Kopačka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Miroslav Bečica came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the FC Branka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miroslav Bečica couldn't finish the play. If Miroslav Bečica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zdislav Huml fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Kopačka having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, SK Hrncire could leave the field as winners, despite FC Branka having more of the ball for most of the match.
