Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Luděk Bernát got the match started through his kick off. When Braum's Alojz Kopic in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Ludwigsdorf's goalie prevented a goal. 9 minutes into the match, Braum's goal looked a bit too open when Luděk Bernát came free, but Milan Cupák reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alojz Kopic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Miroslav Szkandera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute of the match Braum got a corner. FC Ludwigsdorf's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miloslav Sládeček ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Vlastimil Drechsler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ctibor Sommer kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Milan Cupák showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ctibor Sommer in the 29th minute of the match. Alojz Kopic's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miroslav Szkandera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. If Alojz Kopic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alojz Kopic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lukáš Podaný was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 48th minute. Braum's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alojz Kopic made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Braum's Rostislav Paldus got a free kick in the 54th minute. Luděk Bernát fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milan Cupák having to interfere. After 56 played minutes Braum got a freekick which was hit by Václav Miler. In the 63rd match minute, FC Ludwigsdorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ctibor Sommer to maneuver through the defense. When Braum's Lukáš Podaný in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Ludwigsdorf's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Braum's Vladimír Hroch got a free kick in the 69th minute. 75 minutes into the match, FC Ludwigsdorf's Luděk Bernát sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Milan Cupák narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Günter Fric hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luděk Bernát fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milan Cupák having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Luděk Bernát dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Milan Cupák, 0-1. Vlastimil Drechsler struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Milan Cupák didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ludwigsdorf. If Vlastimil Drechsler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Ludwigsdorf supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Ludwigsdorf would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
