Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. André Jirka started the match with the kick off. Otakar Šembera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boris Hrubec having to make a save. Boris Hrubec made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Radmil Polášek sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Otrocineves getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Maxmilian Chaloupka hit a great ball. Radmil Polášek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radmil Polášek succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 21st playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Kujavy's zone, Robert Černický stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bořivoj Skotnica came out of the goal and Robert Černický tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 28 minutes, Horymír Štourač mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kujavy and the Otrocineves players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes Kujavy got a freekick which was hit by Horymír Štourač. Kujavy's Bořivoj Skotnica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Jirka in the 32nd minute of play. Otrocineves's André Jirka got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radmil Polášek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Hrubec having to interfere. Boris Hrubec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otakar Šembera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Otrocineves's goal looked a bit too open when Otakar Šembera came free, but Boris Hrubec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Otakar Šembera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Otakar Šembera to strike the kick off in the second half. When Martin Vokatý fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kujavy's protests and gave Martin Vokatý a yellow card for diving instead. Martin Vokatý kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Horymír Štourač hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Otakar Šembera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
