Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valter Kutlák couldn't finish the play. Radim Lédl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Holaň in the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Josef Krč dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Radim Lédl, 1-5. In the 88th minute, Libor Hauser fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Radim Lédl, passed just outside the right post. In the 90th minute Otomar Kaňák shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radim Lédl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Otomar Kaňák came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the K.Brucknerova Akademie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otomar Kaňák couldn't finish the play. Jiří Matyska took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Radim Lédl. Radim Lédl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. When the match was over K.Brucknerova Akademie could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FK Mladá Boleslav throughout the match.
