Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lavicky's Simon Stříž started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes in the game, Pavel Zídek dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pavel Zídek in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jiří Skoupý prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ondřej Marko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ondřej Marko in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jiří Skoupý saved Lavicky from getting behind. Ondřej Marko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jiří Skoupý tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jiří Skoupý didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ondřej Marko went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Lavicky booed when Třinec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Noha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Roubíček hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Lavicky defense, Pavel Zídek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jiří Skoupý. The Lavicky fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jiří Skoupý should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Třinec getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Jiří Jirsa hit a great ball. Damián Balek was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Pavel Zídek struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jiří Skoupý didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Třinec. In the 48th minute, Ondřej Marko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pavel Zídek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Lavicky got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Brožek. In the 58th minute, Antonín Berousek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pavel Zídek was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Třinec's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Antonín Berousek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lavicky's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonín Berousek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Libor Schulz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the game, Ondřej Marko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jiří Skoupý was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Simon Stříž's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Libor Schulz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Stříž in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Libor Schulz saved Třinec from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pavel Zídek in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jiří Skoupý prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonín Berousek in the 83rd minute of play forced Třinec's goalkeeper Libor Schulz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Libor Schulz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Stříž, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Stříž blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Libor Schulz having to make a save. Libor Schulz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonín Berousek's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Třinec walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
