Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Ptáčník to make the kick off. In the 83rd minute, Martin Říha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Branislav Souček showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Ptáčník, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Dobroslav Hurník fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Kůs having to interfere. Martin Kůs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobroslav Hurník in the 93rd minute of play. Branislav Souček made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Ptáčník in the 95th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
