TJ Staré Splavy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kosor the free kick. In the 8th match minute, TJ Staré Splavy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakub Kišš to maneuver through the defense. Pavel Špunda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horymír Schovánek charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horymír Schovánek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Horymír Schovánek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Milan Částeks short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Martin Buzek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Milan Částek got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Radan Bělohlávek fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kosor's protests and gave Radan Bělohlávek a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kosor getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Radan Bělohlávek hit a great ball. Vladislav Vavřička showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Domes in the 35th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pavel Špunda got free with Martin Buzek in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 47 minutes into the match, Kosor's goalkeeper Martin Buzek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Špunda. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Kosor's Martin Buzek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milan Částek in the 51st minute of play. If František Kovačík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-2 became the score in the 61st minute when Robert Domes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A hard shot 77 in the game by František Kovačík from a close distance when the talented Vladislav Vavřička managed to make a qualified save. TJ Staré Splavy's players were relieved. In the 79th minute Robert Domes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladislav Vavřička saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavel Špunda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Buzek having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Martin Fajmon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Domes in the 86th minute of play forced TJ Staré Splavy's goalkeeper Vladislav Vavřička to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 played minutes TJ Staré Splavy got a freekick which was hit by Zdeněk Knoflíček. František Kovačík fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladislav Vavřička having to interfere. Vladislav Vavřička made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Domes in the 96th minute of play. The TJ Staré Splavy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kosor's performance. The match ended with a win for Kosor.
