SK Zilovice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lipoltov the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of SK Zilovice:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lipoltov:s goal. Lipoltov's Vítězslav Zelenka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Kyselý in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Pavel Rychnovský managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipoltov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pavel Rychnovský was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radomil Matěj kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Kurt Netušil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vítězslav Zelenka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matyáš Kovařík, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pavel Rychnovský got free with Hugo Kroc in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Kurt Netušil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Kroc made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Pavel Rychnovský sent off a good shot on target. SK Zilovice's Matyáš Kovařík got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute, Ivo Kyselý got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Kroc showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Kurt Netušil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Radek Otta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hugo Kroc. SK Zilovice's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kurt Netušil in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Kroc saved SK Zilovice from getting behind.
