AC Sparta Praha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Slavoj Kurc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pavel Maleňák during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vladimír Bezděk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vladimír Bezděk to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Stanislav Pek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ernest Zelenka. The goal made the score 2-1. Dominik Wágner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Zelenka having to interfere. AC Sparta Praha's Ernest Zelenka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislav Pek in the 63rd minute of play. AC Sparta Praha were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mosna for a fine match.
