Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Richard Doležálek kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sedlikovice's zone, Leonard Čtvrtníček stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Vančura came out of the goal and Leonard Čtvrtníček tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th match minute, FC Ostrava 2021 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radmil Novotný to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Doležálek in the 14th minute of play forced FC Ostrava 2021's goalkeeper Miroslav Hurta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes FC Ostrava 2021 got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Čtvrtníček. Miroslav Hurta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyril Vondruška in the 16th minute of the match. Günter Burget kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st match minute, FC Ostrava 2021 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radmil Novotný to maneuver through the defense. After 25 played minutes FC Ostrava 2021 got a freekick which was hit by Anton Vrbata. A collision led to FC Ostrava 2021 getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Zoran Šašek hit a great ball. Daniel Vančura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zoran Šašek's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. FC Ostrava 2021's Miroslav Hurta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Doležálek in the 39th minute of play. Miroslav Hurta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Doležálek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonard Čtvrtníček hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Richard Doležálek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Miroslav Hurta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 47 minutes, Zoran Šašek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ostrava 2021's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zoran Šašek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

With his leg Miroslav Hurta managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Sedlikovice's Cyril Vondruška fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cyril Vondruška sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Richard Doležálek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miroslav Hurta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Doležálek in the 91st minute of the match.
