Luboš Dostál stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roland Horna's shot from short distance in the 2nd minute. Maroš Lehečka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luboš Dostál having to interfere. František Snášel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Smeták in the 7th minute of the match. Maroš Lehečka hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After having played for 12 minutes, Roland Horna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Eagle CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Horna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tuchom's Luboš Dostál proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Tuchom from getting a goal against them. After 14 played minutes Golden Eagle CF got a freekick which was hit by Vladimír Maceček. When Maroš Lehečka came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Golden Eagle CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maroš Lehečka couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute Roland Horna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luboš Dostál saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Golden Eagle CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dalimil Kuda in the 25th minute. With a little luck, Tuchom's Luboš Dostál got control of the ball when Maroš Lehečka tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute, Dobroslav Patka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-0 became the score in the 33rd minute when Roland Horna elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Luboš Dostál took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Horna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute of the match, Roland Horna tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luboš Dostál saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Maroš Lehečkas short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Luboš Dostál to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When Jiří Kapr fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golden Eagle CF's protests and gave Jiří Kapr a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Golden Eagle CF's Jiří Kapr got a free kick in the 65th minute. Vadim Kavalír received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. František Snášel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute of the match Petr Pokuta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luboš Dostál skillfully saved the ball. Maroš Lehečka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luboš Dostál read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Richard Smeták fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 76 minutes, Vadim Kavalír managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuchom's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vadim Kavalír was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Tuchom getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Oldřich Voňka hit a great ball. Roland Horna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luboš Dostál having to interfere. There was no doubt that Golden Eagle CF were the better team. Golden Eagle CF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
