Attila Baroš made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Milouš Poskočil sent off a good shot on target. When FC Znojemští Bukanýři's Roman Lekeš in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paris Saint Germain's goalie prevented a goal. Roman Lekeš might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Attila Baroš. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roman Lekeš ran back to his position shaking his head. Stanislav Fajkus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bořivoj Melichar in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radek Tengler in the 17th minute of play forced FC Znojemští Bukanýři's goalkeeper Stanislav Fajkus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, one of Paris Saint Germain:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Paris Saint Germain. Attila Baroš didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Milouš Poskočil went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Roman Lekeš's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Attila Baroš was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Attila Baroš came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Znojemští Bukanýři's Milouš Poskočil. But to his dismay, Milouš Poskočil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Paris Saint Germain's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Milouš Poskočil scored to the left of an out of position Attila Baroš, making the score, 4-0. Milouš Poskočil struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Attila Baroš didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Znojemští Bukanýři. 47 minutes into the match, Bořivoj Melichar notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of FC Znojemští Bukanýři's Stanislav Fajkus. Stanislav Fajkus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Lekeš made a kick off. Roman Lekeš struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Attila Baroš didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Znojemští Bukanýři. Stanislav Fajkus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonín Maléř, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the game, Břetislav Maxa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paris Saint Germain's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Znojemští Bukanýři the free kick. In the 59th minute, Břetislav Maxa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Roman Lekeš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Milouš Poskočil came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the FC Znojemští Bukanýři fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milouš Poskočil couldn't finish the play. Roman Lekeš received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Attila Baroš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Stanislav Fajkus successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Česlav Pluhař hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Bořivoj Melichar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Stanislav Fajkus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84thth minute of the game Milouš Poskočil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paris Saint Germain's Attila Baroš was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matouš Roztočil hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Arpád Žilka managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Znojemští Bukanýři's supporters rose to their feet, but Arpád Žilka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Attila Baroš breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Radek Tengler hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Znojemští Bukanýři fans cheered their team off the field, for while Paris Saint Germain had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
