Daniel Sixta might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over František Bernard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After a defensive mix-up in Mutten's zone, Daniel Sixta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. František Bernard came out of the goal and Daniel Sixta tried to chip the ball over his head. Hannes Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cinowes's Daniel Sixta got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Robustiano Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cinowes's supporters rose to their feet, but Robustiano Feliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. František Bernard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jiří Jungwirth hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Manuel Formerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but František Bernard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes in the game, Josef Hes fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hannes Olsson having to interfere. If Daniel Sixta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Mutten players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cinowes were winning 0-1.

Hannes Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Hes in the 97th minute of the match. When the match was over Cinowes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mutten throughout the match.
