With a little luck, AC Kurschi's Michal Nejedlý got control of the ball when Petr Benko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Michal Nejedlý made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Petr Benko sent off a good shot on target. Petr Benko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jiří Zvolánek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michal Nejedlý made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Petr Benko sent off a good shot on target. Petr Benko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Nejedlý having to interfere. Michal Nejedlý made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petr Benko in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jiří Zvolánek in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michal Nejedlý saved AC Kurschi from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell František Cenek to make the kick off. Jiří Jelen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from František Cenek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Josef Čížek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jiří Jelen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaroslav Koubek in the 61st minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jiří Zvolánek couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd match minute, FC Nikitas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Jiřička to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute of the match Jaroslav Koubek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jiří Jelen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. FC Nikitas's Jiří Jelen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by František Cenek in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Daniel Rychlý got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stanislav Vybíhal charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
