A hard shot 4 in the game by Radko Pagáč from a close distance when the talented Lumír Císař managed to make a qualified save. Maxdorf's players were relieved. Radko Pagáč sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Maxdorf getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Boleslav Šrajer hit a great ball. Radko Pagáč sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radko Pagáč struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Lumír Císař didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Certyne. After a defensive mix-up in Certyne's zone, Martin Hosnedl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. František Zajac came out of the goal and Martin Hosnedl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Martin Hosnedl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. František Zajac was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 43 minutes, Ladislav Návrat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maxdorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislav Návrat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Certyne's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislav Návrat came free, but František Zajac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. František Zajac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Hosnedl in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Radko Pagáč dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lumír Císař, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ladislav Návrat to make the kick off. Lumír Císař showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radko Pagáč in the 60th minute of the match. If Radko Pagáč had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. František Zajac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislav Návrat in the 66th minute of play. Radimír Svatek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. František Zajac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislav Návrat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the game, Jiří Trhlík was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Certyne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maxdorf the free kick. Jiří Trhlík kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Ladislav Návrat recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of František Zajac. Ladislav Návrat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radko Pagáč in the 81st minute of play forced Maxdorf's goalkeeper Lumír Císař to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radko Pagáč sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute of the match Roman Jirásko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lumír Císař skillfully saved the ball. After 97 minutes, Jan Karpíšek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Certyne and the Maxdorf players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Certyne had won after a very even match.
