Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Postrelmov's Marián Tomanec started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Postrelmov's Marián Tomanec got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lukáš Hůla hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Jiří Nečesaný sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Msec's Jiří Ott didn't even have to move. Jiří Ott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marián Tomanec, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Pavel Jokl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Msec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Postrelmov the free kick. The audience was convinced that Marián Tomanec's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jiří Ott was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 23rd minute, Jiří Hamáček got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37thth minute of the game Petr Strýček who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Postrelmov's Čeněk Lepka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marián Tomanec in the 40th minute of play forced Msec's goalkeeper Jiří Ott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Jiří Hamáček left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Postrelmov fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petr Strýček stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jiří Ott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Werner Víšek in the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of Postrelmov booed when Msec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lukáš Hůla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Čeněk Lepka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vlastimil Fendrych, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Marián Tomanec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Msec's goalkeeper Jiří Ott, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jiří Hamáček recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Horst Bosák could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Čeněk Lepka made a huge save. Petr Strýček struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Čeněk Lepka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Msec. Petr Strýček sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 96 played minutes Postrelmov got a freekick which was hit by Werner Víšek. After recieving a nice pass, Msec's Michal Šálek tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
