After 5 minutes, Jan Šimeček mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wagstadt and the Drazenov players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Wagstadt's Jan Šimeček got a free kick in the 5th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladislav Vaňásek was the one to do the kick off. Wagstadt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislav Skalník was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bohumil Psota stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mirko Křemen's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Ladislav Skalník was extremely unlucky when he, in the 57th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Radomil Rieger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bohumil Psota having to interfere.
