Otonovice's Lukáš Galásek got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If František Hermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st match minute, AC Kochovice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyšek Toms to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute of the match Slavomil Štochl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pavel Koníček showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Karel Kourek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Otonovice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Kochovice the free kick. Karel Kourek hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Lukáš Galásek made a precise shot to the right of Eugen Krátký. AC Kochovice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 44 minutes into the match, Otonovice's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Kobliha came free, but Pavel Koníček reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 45th minute of the match Karel Kourek completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Karel Kourek a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Zdeněk Grus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pavel Koníček took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Kobliha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ctibor Kantor kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 73 played minutes AC Kochovice got a freekick which was hit by Zbyšek Toms. 76 minutes into the match, AC Kochovice's goal looked a bit too open when Zdeněk Grus came free, but Eugen Krátký reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pavel Koníček made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ctibor Kantor in the 78th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Otonovice's goal looked a bit too open when František Hermann came free, but Pavel Koníček reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zdeněk Grus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Eugen Krátký when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jan Kobliha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Koníček having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Kobliha in the 93rd minute of play forced Otonovice's goalkeeper Pavel Koníček to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Otonovice walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
