When Pavol Pagáč fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Opatovec's protests and gave Pavol Pagáč a yellow card for diving instead. He walked away shaking his head. Vladimír Bek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pavol Pagáč was shown his second yellow card after 17 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 18 played minutes FK Opatovec got a freekick which was hit by Pavol Pagáč. In the 31st minute, Vladimír Bek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SK Jestrebice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Nikolas Stodola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, FK Opatovec's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolas Stodola came free, but Karel Vanický reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jiří Hamerník hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Vladimír Bek lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Karel Vanický. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Jiří Hamerník took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Karel Vanický to make any attempt to save it. A hard shot 85 in the game by Vladimír Bek from a close distance when the talented Karel Vanický managed to make a qualified save. FK Opatovec's players were relieved. A collision led to SK Jestrebice getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Miloš Strakoš hit a great ball. Jiří Pařík was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the game, FK Opatovec's František Houška nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaroslav Jurášek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. When the final whistle sounded SK Jestrebice left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FK Opatovec.
