Michal Machovec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Ondruška in the 10th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Josef Ondruška managed to get in a good position for a shot. Damenice's supporters rose to their feet, but Josef Ondruška was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michal Machovec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, FC Budov's Petr Šlehofer got a free kick in the 16th minute. Pavel Putna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Krásný sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Budov's Michal Machovec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavel Putna in the 23rd minute of play. When Jakub Michel came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the FC Budov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakub Michel couldn't finish the play. Jiří Miksa charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jiří Miksa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Damenice's Jiří Miksa got a free kick in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, FC Budov's Filip Bula broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 38th minute Damenice were awarded a corner. Teodor Makovský went to the cornerflag to take it. Jiří Pop thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Michal Machovec, a very annoying self made goal in the 38th minute which led to 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Christian Krásný made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Damenice getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jiří Miksa hit a great ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Filip Bula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Budov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filip Bula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 61 minutes, Petr Šlehofer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Budov and the Damenice players grew even worse after the yellow card.
