Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jan Povolný took the kick off in the first half of the match. Petr Ferda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Pohlen's Hanuš Hošťálek got a free kick in the 9th minute. Velice's Michal Brunclík shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 10th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vitalij Kokeš but with some difficulty. Josef Riedl struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Vitalij Kokeš didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Velice. In the 14th match minute, Pohlen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hanuš Hošťálek to maneuver through the defense. Velice's Michal Brunclík couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pohlen. Vitalij Kokeš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josef Riedl in the 19th minute of play. After 21 minutes, Klaus Krotil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Velice and the Pohlen players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pohlen booed when Velice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klaus Krotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Pohlen's Pavel Szkandera tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Ferdinand Schindler came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Pohlen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinand Schindler couldn't finish the play. Ferdinand Schindler struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Jurij Riedel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josef Riedl to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Pohlen got a freekick which was hit by Václav Chovanec. Jurij Riedel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Povolný in the 57th minute of play. Jan Povolný received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jurij Riedel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Hanuš Hošťálek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Pohlen's Ferdinand Schindler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jurij Riedel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Vladimír Hlobil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pohlen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Velice the free kick. The supporters of Velice booed when Pohlen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimír Hlobil didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Schindler got free with Jurij Riedel in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pohlen's Ferdinand Schindler got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Josef Riedl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Vitalij Kokeš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Pohlen's goal looked a bit too open when Petr Ferda came free, but Vitalij Kokeš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Velice's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
