After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Jiří Szturc managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Barcley's supporters rose to their feet, but Jiří Szturc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miloš Vykopal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petr Tumpach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miloš Vykopal having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Jiří Šorm successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Petr Tumpach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Miloš Vykopal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jiří Szturc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miloš Vykopal having to interfere. Vendelín Chudárek did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Jiří Šorm 32 minutes into the match. If Jiří Szturc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Jiří Szturc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miloš Vykopal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian Brychta hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petr Tumpach was the one to do the kick off. Florian Brychta made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FK Barcley's Lubor Zuska. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiří Szturc in the 56th minute of play forced FK Bezdedice's goalkeeper Miloš Vykopal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FK Barcley's Marian Hamřík got a free kick in the 76th minute. Miloš Vykopal made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Petr Tumpach sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of FK Barcley booed when FK Bezdedice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Říha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miloš Vykopal was a little too slow when Jiří Szturc got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 2-1. Petr Tumpach struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Miloš Vykopal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Barcley. 95 minutes into the game, Marian Hamřík cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Miloš Vykopal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The FK Barcley players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FK Bezdedice from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
