The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andrej Volf hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Čestmír Hozák took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Horymír Pivoda. SK Vernyrov's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Matěj Chalupník's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jaroslav Fučík firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Matěj Chalupník took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jaroslav Fučík to make any attempt to save it. Horymír Pivoda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slavoj Šebela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Fejfar kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Slavoj Šebela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zelechovice's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Petr Košťák 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Bartoloměj Pilch managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zelechovice's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartoloměj Pilch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horymír Pivoda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Horymír Pivoda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slavoj Šebela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Alois Škubal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Slavoj Šebela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horymír Pivoda was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. A collision led to SK Vernyrov getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Alois Škubal hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petr Košťák during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Zelechovice booed when SK Vernyrov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petr Košťák didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Horymír Pivoda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartoloměj Pilch in the 52nd minute. Bartoloměj Pilch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Horymír Pivoda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zelechovice's Jaroslav Fučík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matěj Chalupník in the 62nd minute of play. Bartoloměj Pilch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Horymír Pivoda made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Zelechovice's zone, Matěj Chalupník stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaroslav Fučík came out of the goal and Matěj Chalupník tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Matěj Chalupník had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ctirad Vaňura kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Matěj Chalupník fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslav Fučík having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Miloš Jukl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zelechovice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Vernyrov the free kick. In the 77th match minute, Zelechovice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miloš Jukl to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Zelechovice's Milan Štěch got a free kick in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matěj Chalupník in the 85th minute of play forced Zelechovice's goalkeeper Jaroslav Fučík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bartoloměj Pilch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SK Vernyrov getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Alois Škubal hit a great ball. Alois Škubal charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alois Škubal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, Alois Škubal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Zelechovice's Čestmír Hozák tried to score from far away in the 92nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 93 minutes, Bartoloměj Pilch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zelechovice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartoloměj Pilch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SK Vernyrov's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
