Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alois Brůžek got the match started through his kick off. Horomeritz's Přemysl Jureček played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiljí Franta in the 3rd minute of play. Polnicka's František Vašina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petr Toufar in the 12th minute of play. Petr Toufar hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When Horomeritz's Petr Toufar in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Polnicka's goalie prevented a goal. Alois Brůžek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without František Vašina having to interfere. A collision led to Horomeritz getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Vítek Kubelka hit a great ball. After 26 played minutes Horomeritz got a freekick which was hit by Pavel Hvězda. After 28 played minutes Horomeritz got a freekick which was hit by Vítek Kubelka. Alois Brůžek might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over František Vašina. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alois Brůžek ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Polnicka's Tomáš Mergl got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Petr Toufar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horomeritz's supporters rose to their feet, but Petr Toufar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. František Vašina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alois Brůžek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Ota Gola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pavel Hvězda was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Horomeritz's Pavel Hvězda got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Přemysl Jureček stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jiljí Franta's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Horomeritz's goalkeeper Přemysl Jureček, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Přemysl Jureček took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiljí Franta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Horomeritz's zone, Jiljí Franta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Přemysl Jureček came out of the goal and Jiljí Franta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Přemysl Jureček came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Polnicka's Ota Gola. But to his dismay, Ota Gola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Přemysl Jureček took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiljí Franta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th match minute, Polnicka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomáš Mergl to maneuver through the defense. Vítek Kubelka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Polnicka fans cheered their team off the field, for while Horomeritz had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
