Zdenek Gondek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ota Gola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miroslav Křivák charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miroslav Křivák the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Miroslav Křivák hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Felix Odstrčil who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of František Vašina when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of AC Unin booed when Polnicka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslav Křivák didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jiljí Franta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdenek Gondek having to interfere. When Polnicka's Ota Gola in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC Unin's goalie prevented a goal. Jiří Hurt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Jiří Hurt took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for František Vašina to make any attempt to save it. Felix Odstrčil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, Felix Odstrčil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AC Unin's Jiří Hurt got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, Jiří Rathouský was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polnicka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Unin the free kick. Jiří Rathouský hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ota Gola got free with Zdenek Gondek in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 62 minutes, Felix Odstrčil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Unin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Odstrčil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zdenek Gondek made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ota Gola sent off a good shot on target. If Jiří Hurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zdenek Gondek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiljí Franta in the 77th minute of the match. Jiljí Franta scored 2-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zdenek Gondek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jiljí Franta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jiljí Franta charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jiljí Franta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. AC Unin's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
