With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernest Caes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Czechia Hradec Králové's Leonard Kobylka got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nodar Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonello Tripodi in the 63rd minute. Roman Andrýsek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ernest Caes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute Leonard Kobylka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Caes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
