In the 12th minute, Mark Cimini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Charles Jutzi took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clifford Scherer. Clifford Scherer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Guglielmo Menz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andre Achen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 26 minutes, Guglielmo Menz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When Guglielmo Menz came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Donald Duck FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guglielmo Menz couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Castione SC's zone, Guglielmo Menz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Bösch came out of the goal and Guglielmo Menz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nguyen Rauber succeeded in the game's 38th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nguyen Rauber in the 42nd minute of play forced Donald Duck FC's goalkeeper Clifford Scherer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donald Duck FC's Clifford Scherer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyen Rauber in the 44th minute of play. Raoul Renkewitz kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Nguyen Rauber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clifford Scherer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guglielmo Menz was the one to do the kick off. If Charles Jutzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franek Drescher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Clifford Scherer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Charles Jutzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clifford Scherer. Donald Duck FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Charles Jutzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Donald Duck FC's Clifford Scherer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyen Rauber in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Donald Duck FC booed when Castione SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franek Drescher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raoul Renkewitz hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Donald Duck FC defense, Charles Jutzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clifford Scherer. The Donald Duck FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clifford Scherer should have stopped the shot. Ischy Affentranger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Clifford Scherer. Donald Duck FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Castione SC's goalkeeper Christian Bösch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guglielmo Menz. In the 84th minute Charles Jutzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clifford Scherer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guglielmo Menz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Charles Jutzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castione SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0.
