Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Urban Jerzinger took the kick off in the first half of the match. Konrad Stempfel made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Urban Jerzinger sent off a good shot on target. Quintus Frei kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Urban Jerzinger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jalapeno fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 27th minute, Urban Jerzinger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Scheupach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 30th match minute, Jalapeno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Rivera to maneuver through the defense. Konrad Stempfel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urban Jerzinger in the 42nd minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

FC Zürich's Konrad Stempfel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivier Ienni in the 54th minute of play. Jay Brandini scored 1-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Kopp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Nikodemus Wickihalter in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jalapeno's Silvio Rivera. After a defensive mix-up in Jalapeno's zone, Jay Brandini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. George Kopp came out of the goal and Jay Brandini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th match minute, Jalapeno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reiner Hunkeler to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes, FC Zürich's Donato Emennegger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper George Kopp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Zürich reached it. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Zürich's goalkeeper Konrad Stempfel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Urban Jerzinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Konrad Stempfel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konrad Stempfel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesaja Heggli, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Urban Jerzinger took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrad Stempfel. Konrad Stempfel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. There was no doubt that Jalapeno were the better team. Jalapeno's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
