After a rather tough play, Winkeln's Till Berger got a free kick in the 4th minute. When Valerian Curti fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Winkeln's protests and gave Valerian Curti a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Valerian Curti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emiliano Althaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Eglin having to interfere. A collision led to Fläsch getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Fridericus Schneider hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Fläsch defense, Nikolai Geuken kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrico Eglin. The Fläsch fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrico Eglin should have stopped the shot. After 24 played minutes Winkeln got a freekick which was hit by Silvan Bussmann. Enrico Eglin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Althaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marc Gerner kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Enrico Eglin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolai Geuken, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fläsch's goalkeeper Enrico Eglin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Herold Rölli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nikolai Geuken came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Winkeln fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikolai Geuken couldn't finish the play. Enrico Eglin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvan Bussmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Silvan Bussmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Nikolai Geuken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winkeln's supporters rose to their feet, but Nikolai Geuken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrico Eglin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Emiliano Althaus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrico Eglin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After 64 played minutes Fläsch got a freekick which was hit by Marc Gerner. With a little luck, Fläsch's Enrico Eglin got control of the ball when Nikolai Geuken tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Fläsch getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Fridericus Schneider hit a great ball. Nikolai Geuken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Enrico Eglin made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Fridericus Schneider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualtiero Zingre in the 86th minute of play forced Winkeln's goalkeeper Kain Unternährer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute Herold Rölli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kain Unternährer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Althaus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Winkeln had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
