Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jarik Gärtner made the kick off and thus started the match. Jarik Gärtner kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Klemens Scherer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonard Schätzle kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Jordano Lehmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Josue Bauhofer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordano Lehmann in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Verscio AC's zone, Dylan D'Angelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josue Bauhofer came out of the goal and Dylan D'Angelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 played minutes, Massagno's Patrice Aceto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Josue Bauhofer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Massagno reached it. Till von Reding kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Verscio AC got a freekick which was hit by Sam Bigler. Massagno were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Verscio AC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Klaus Bossardt took the corner. The corner ended in Klaus Bossardt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Verscio AC's Josue Bauhofer did a great save. Josue Bauhofer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dylan D'Angelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jarik Gärtner struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Rudolph Wasser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verscio AC. If Jarik Gärtner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 51st match minute, Verscio AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Kirchner to maneuver through the defense. Dylan D'Angelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henry Emmeneger struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Rudolph Wasser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verscio AC. In the 60th minute, Jarik Gärtner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rudolph Wasser was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 64 minutes into the game, Giuseppe Ceroli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Verscio AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Massagno the free kick. A collision led to Verscio AC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Giuseppe Ceroli hit a great ball. Massagno's Rudolph Wasser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Emmeneger in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarik Gärtner in the 71st minute of play forced Massagno's goalkeeper Rudolph Wasser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Alfred Leclerc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jarik Gärtner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Verscio AC's goalkeeper Josue Bauhofer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dylan D'Angelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
