Hannes Plouffe hit a great ball. Khalid Stockli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Beich having to make a save. Khalid Stockli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Beich read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Willi Arsenault mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ennetegg SC and the Dizy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Ennetegg SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willi Arsenault to maneuver through the defense. If Khalid Stockli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Geoff Huerlimann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Dizy's Geoff Huerlimann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Beich narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Dizy's Enrique Briard got control of the ball when Willi Arsenault tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 35 minutes, Rey Chiavetta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dizy and the Ennetegg SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rey Chiavetta kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Gilbert Bader shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Briard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Willi Arsenault sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd minute Willi Arsenault shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Briard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 54 minutes, Gilbert Bader managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ennetegg SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilbert Bader was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 55 played minutes Dizy got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Conti. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willi Arsenault in the 58th minute of play forced Dizy's goalkeeper Enrique Briard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Gilbert Bader shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Briard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dominic Salvatei hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Gilbert Bader sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Bader in the 72nd minute of play forced Dizy's goalkeeper Enrique Briard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Ennetegg SC's goal looked a bit too open when Khalid Stockli came free, but Felix Beich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Didier Probst fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ennetegg SC's protests and gave Didier Probst a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Didier Probst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Briard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ennetegg SC. Ludovic Kuster was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 92 played minutes Ennetegg SC got a freekick which was hit by Didier Probst. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dizy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
