Blumenstein's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lizzana Warriors the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Diego Amstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tarek Spiller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Florian Schwegler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florian Schwegler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cedric De Maria in the 11th minute of play. Florian Schwegler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cedric De Maria went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 23 minutes into the match, Blumenstein's goal looked a bit too open when Giraldo Hitz came free, but Isidor Hagenbuch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Lizzana Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Wiss to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Blumenstein booed when Lizzana Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Wiss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tarek Spiller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cedric De Maria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Theissen kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of Blumenstein booed when Lizzana Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emery Courtemanche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florian Schwegler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cedric De Maria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Tarek Spiller got free with Florian Schwegler in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Blumenstein's Leopoldo Marfurt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Florian Schwegler. That made the score 0-2 after 62 minutes of play. If Giraldo Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolaj Stahl hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Florian Schwegler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cedric De Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Giraldo Hitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christopher Anderjoli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Isidor Hagenbuch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
