Miro Marth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidonius Pfund having to interfere. Handegg's Miro Marth got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Churwalden's goalkeeper Sidonius Pfund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurus Delfs. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donatello Wilhelm during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Handegg booed when Churwalden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donatello Wilhelm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Miro Marth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidonius Pfund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donatello Wilhelm was shown his second yellow card after 19 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Churwalden's Donatello Wilhelm got a free kick in the 20th minute. A hard shot by Pascal Decker from long distance, 21 minutes into the match, got Sidonius Pfund's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Sidonius Pfund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miro Marth in the 22nd minute of the match. Maurus Delfs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Churwalden's Sidonius Pfund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miro Marth in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Churwalden getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Hasso Heusser hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Maurus Delfs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Handegg's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurus Delfs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sidonius Pfund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mitja Ehrler kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Emmanuel Dalmedico's late challenge caught a Handegg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emmanuel Dalmedico helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th match minute, Churwalden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emmanuel Dalmedico to maneuver through the defense. Miro Marth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th match minute, Churwalden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mitja Ehrler to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Churwalden's goalkeeper Sidonius Pfund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurus Delfs. When Jerome Balmer fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Churwalden's protests and gave Jerome Balmer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Churwalden's Jerome Balmer got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Churwalden's zone, Miro Marth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sidonius Pfund came out of the goal and Miro Marth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sidonius Pfund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurus Delfs in the 67th minute of the match. Churwalden's Sidonius Pfund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miro Marth in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Miro Marth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Maurus Delfs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the game, Miro Marth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Handegg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Churwalden the free kick. In the 73rd match minute, Handegg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miro Marth to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Maurus Delfs notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Churwalden's Sidonius Pfund. Sidonius Pfund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maurus Delfs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Sidonius Pfund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sidonius Pfund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miro Marth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Handegg fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Handegg's Miro Marth looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Erwin Hennenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemens Balmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Miro Marth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Handegg's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
