Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 2.sc Tristan's Arminio Morf started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Quentin Himmel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute Sylvain Breitenstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Leuthard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arminio Morf struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Favian Duplanty didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 2.sc Tristan. Sylvain Breitenstein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LLoyd Weingartner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Leuthard having to interfere. Bert Schneider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 29th minute, Arminio Morf got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sylvain Breitenstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Leuthard having to interfere. Arminio Morf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Favian Duplanty having to interfere. Favian Duplanty came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by 2.sc Tristan's Arminio Morf. But to his dismay, Arminio Morf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sylvain Breitenstein made a kick off. Favian Duplanty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Seiler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the match, LLoyd Weingartner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Leuthard. 2.sc Tristan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that LLoyd Weingartner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 56 played minutes Union FC got a freekick which was hit by Guy Sonevoga. Favian Duplanty made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Bert Schneider sent off a good shot on target. LLoyd Weingartner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Julio Leuthard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arminio Morf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Union FC's zone, Bert Schneider stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Favian Duplanty came out of the goal and Bert Schneider tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arminio Morf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Favian Duplanty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quentin Himmel hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute of the match Uli Hunn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Favian Duplanty showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bert Schneider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bert Schneider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Favian Duplanty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Guy Sonevoga fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Union FC's protests and gave Guy Sonevoga a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, one of Union FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Union FC. The goalkeeper, Favian Duplanty, was totally fooled by 2.sc Tristan's Uli Hunn, who 90 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Joel Imholz charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Imholz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Union FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Joel Imholz hit a great ball. Duong Walliser lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 94th minute, one of 2.sc Tristan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 2.sc Tristan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bert Schneider got free with Favian Duplanty in the 100th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
